In Landala, directly opposite Chalmers’ main entrance and adjacent to existing buildings and the rock face, Chalmers Studentbostäder will construct three high‑rise buildings with approximately 350 student flats and a commercial building. The towers will be 17, 14 and 12 storeys tall.
During the spring and summer, Inhouse Tech is carrying out the system design for the structural system. The assignment includes the design of the foundations, the concrete structural frame and the building envelope. The project aims for Miljöbyggnad Gold certification.
