Sustainability is a natural part of our organisation and influences both our internal efforts and the projects we conduct together with our clients.
The construction industry faces a significant challenge as emissions are not decreasing at the pace required. We therefore invest in continuous competence development to strengthen both our expertise and our confidence. Our ambition is to challenge and inspire our clients to adopt solutions that reduce climate impact and create long term value in every project.
Sustainability
Environmental sustainability
Together we take responsibility for achieving both national and global environmental objectives and for reducing the climate impact of our industry. We work actively to minimise the direct environmental footprint of our own operations, but our greatest contribution is made through creating projects that are climate conscious from the start.
Through training, continuous development and smart solutions in both planning and design we strive to optimise material use and select climate efficient alternatives with a life cycle perspective and in line with the resource hierarchy. We ensure that sustainability considerations are integrated at every stage from concept to completed facility to deliver solutions that remain sustainable and resource efficient over time.
Social sustainability
The foundation of our quality and delivery lies with our employees, their commitment, motivation, and wellbeing. We protect equality and an inclusive culture, and our collaboration group regularly addresses matters that strengthen social sustainability and a healthy working environment.
We take responsibility for creating safe and well-functioning project teams and a working environment that allows room for development and balance. At the same time our responsibility extends beyond our own organisation as we contribute to a more equitable society by supporting organisations that promote social justice and assist vulnerable groups.
For us sustainability is not only about the environment, but also about people, community, and the future.
Business ethics and governance
We conduct our operations on the basis of established routines and processes within our management system. With clear objectives and a sustainability strategy that is evaluated and updated each year we guide our work towards long term development.
Our core values of care and respect guide all business relationships. This means that we are clear about our principles, stand by what we say and we listen to our partners.
By integrating these principles into our daily work, we build trust and stability both internally and with our clients. We believe in long term relationships founded on transparency and openness.
The most important factors for our quality and our delivery are the commitment, motivation, and wellbeing of our employees.

Enviromental policy
Inhouse Tech shall strive to support our clients in making eco-conscious choices that reduce the environmental impact of projects. We do this by having the expertise to predict the environmental impact arising from each decision throughout the process. Environmental awareness shall also be applied to internal operations. Through continuous improvement and compliance with environmental legislation and industry requirements, we shall conduct modern, proactive environmental work.
Quality policy
Inhouse Tech Göteborg AB shall always maintain the right quality in the projects we undertake for our clients.
We fulfil this policy by:
- Fulfilling our obligations on time.
- Understanding our clients’ demands and expectations.
- Maintaining a close collaboration with the client, always with the aim of establishing long-term customer relations.
- Suggesting the solutions that are of most benefit to the client, bearing in mind the entire life cycle of the project.
- Ensuring our personnel are competent and realise that everything they do has an impact on the overall quality.
- Prioritising preventive quality measures and always striving for improvements in quality.
- Assuring quality in all processes in our operation.
- Systematically taking on board information from the market to enable continuous improvement.
Health & Safety policy
Inhouse Tech strives to be a workplace with safe and healthy conditions that encourage development with regard to the physical and mental working environment, both at our own offices and at customer sites. We also endeavour to be a workplace that’s characterised by our shared values of care and respect, so that all our personnel can thrive and develop both as professionals and individuals. The latest legislation in health, safety and working environment is the starting point for our work in this area, and we strive constantly to improve our working environment.
To achieve this, Inhouse Tech and all our personnel work together to deal with health and safety issues systematically. We actively work to ensure that all our personnel have the right knowledge, expertise, resources and permissions to promote a healthy working environment with a reasonable workload.
At Inhouse Tech, all personnel have a shared responsibility to work actively for health and safety, and to strive for continuous improvement.
Privacy Policy
On 25 May 2018, Sweden’s Personal Data Act was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Inhouse Tech has therefore drafted a Privacy Policy outlining how we handle personal data. You can read it here.
