New high-rise student apartments

In Landala, directly across from the main entrance of Chalmers University, and adjacent to existing buildings and the rock face, Chalmers Studentbostäder is set to develop three high-rise buildings comprising approximately 350 student apartments and a commercial unit. The towers will rise to 17, 14, and 12 storeys respectively. During spring and summer 2025, Inhouse Tech is undertaking the system design phase for the structural system. The scope includes the design of the foundation, concrete frame, and building envelope. The project is targeting Miljöbyggnad Gold certification.
