The project comprises buildings of 7 to 11 storeys, totaling 160 rental apartments. The project is part of a detailed development plan in which four other developers will also construct new residential buildings. The buildings are located along Övre Sanatoriegatan, directly adjacent to Renströmska Park and the Kålltorp area.


Building 1 (38 apartments) includes a special needs housing unit with 9 apartments and shared communal areas, in addition to the rental apartments.
Building 2 (62 apartments) will comprise rental apartments only.
Building 3 (60 apartments) will include Tallhöjden’s co-housing community, with apartments and associated communal facilities, including a large shared kitchen, a sauna, and a guest room.


At Inhouse Tech, we serve as the construction management lead on behalf of Framtiden Byggutveckling, with Bostadsbolaget as the property management company. We are working in collaboration with MVB Väst as the contractor. Move-in will take place in stages, starting in April 2026.
