In Tyresö, southeast of Stockholm, adjacent to a nearby golf course and within walking distance of Tyresö town centre, Devoco is developing eight residential buildings in two phases. Phase 1 comprises rental apartments, while Phase 2 will consist of owner-occupied units. In Phase 1, a shared courtyard is located above an underground car park between four of the buildings.

In 2024, Inhouse Tech carried out the system design phase, followed by the detailed design of the foundations and roof structures in 2025. The scope includes design documentation for piling, substructure, thermal envelope, and roof construction. The project is targeting BREEAM-SE Excellent certification.
