I have a background as an administrative engineer at a firm of architects, working with details and window placements and so on, and also coordinated the various technical aspects of the projects. After that I worked as a project engineer manager, project manager and construction manager. Over the years I’ve also been a quality manager, office manager for a firm of architects and a business area manager in project management.
I’m a project manager and I help our clients stay on top of issues regarding quality, time and finances in their projects.
Curiosity, when starting up a new project where you don’t know what challenges and opportunities you’ll be facing. Getting to meet colleagues old and new from the various technical fields means the job never gets boring. It’s great to work in a team of people who need to accomplish something together in a limited period of time.
There are a lot of those at Inhouse Tech… But I suppose I’m especially proud every time a client says that any of our younger co-workers have delivered over and above expectation.
I’ve played in the Swedish Pétanque Championships and am part of the successful Swedish sports generation of 1956. I’m also good at tango!
