Inhouse Tech was responsible for drafting the request for tender, and project managed several of the student residences – including the Uddjaur block: a new construction of 118 student homes, a pre-school and a student café. The facility was ready for occupation in 2019.
Holtermanska is another project where refurbishment is currently under way. Holtermanska was originally a hospital for venereal diseases, and it’s now being converted into 450 student apartments and a student hotel, as well as new offices for Chalmers Studentbostäder.
Chalmers Studentbostäder owns and manages more than 2,000 student and researcher apartments in Gothenburg. The apartments are centrally located and are close to Chalmers Campus Johanneberg or Campus Lindholmen.
